Admission Criteria:
An individual requiring personal care is one who:

Must be 18 or older
-
Health assessment from a licensed physician
-
Negative TB test
-
Must not be confined to a bed
-
Must not require continuous nursing or medical care and treatment
-
May not require use of chemical or physical restraints, isolation or confinement for behavioral control
